When the package is open, cover the gow gee wrappers with a clean dry cloth to prevent the wrappers from drying. Add gow gee filling to the middle of the sheet and wrap into a bundle. Place the filled gow gee bundles into a pot of boiling water and remove the bundles once you see it float to the surface. Add your preferred broth with condiments or noodles and serve hot.
Place gow gee bundles into a steaming basket for 3-4 minutes until cooked. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce. Serve hot.
Pan or deep frying until filling is cooked and pastry is crispy brown, serve with your favourite dipping sauces. Serve hot.
