Recommended preparation and cooking instructions:
In a large pot or pan, add fresh water and salt, bring to the boil. Blanch the fried noodles for 30 secs until the noodles are softened. Drain and set the noodles aside and place on a plate or serving dish.
Prepare and cook your stir fry condiments with plenty of sauce. Dress the cooked condiments over the noodles and serve hot. Cooking times will affect the texture of the noodles.
