Fresh produce with low odour or taste. Offered as a precooked product via steaming, boiling and chilling. Noodles have been aged. Suitable for stir fry. Wheat based, higher alkaline golden yellow noodles containing fresh eggs resulting in firmer bite when noodles are cooked.
Recommended preparation and cooking instructions:
The product is already pre-cooked. Heat a wok to a high temperature. Add vegetable oil into the wok and add a bundle of noodles. Spread the noodles evenly across the wok. Light fry the noodles both sides until crispy. Remove the noodles and place onto a plate. Cook your preferred stir fry condiments with sauce and when cooked, dress the cooked condiments over the crispy noodles and serve hot.
For stir fry, reheat the noodles in a bowl of boiling water and let it sit for 10 sec and loosen the noodles. Drain the noodles and add into cooked condiments in the final 20 sec and stir through. Serve hot. Cooking times will affect the texture of the noodles.
